Eventually, after countless years of victimizing myself as well as others, I made the decision on December 12, 2014, to sever my gang ties inside and outside of prison. For the first time in my life not knowing if I made the right decision, I had no other choice but to put my trust in God and allow Him to reconstruct and restore all the damage I caused.... But most importantly for me, being a mentor is building a foundation on trust and being a good friend at all times. Today my purpose in life is to love and serve God and in serving God is to serve God’s people.”
